After consulting with our Imams, scholars as well as medical experts, we are pleased to announce that the AL-MUKHBATEEN MASJID & FUNERAL SERVICE will re-open just for congregational prayers from 13 April 2021 – . Prayer times are available on our website.

Many other London mosques plan to re-open in the coming days. We will all continue to monitor COVID-19 data for London, as well as Government advice.

COVID-19 pandemic precautions

Everyone entering the Mosque must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Wear a face-mask at all times, covering both mouth and nose
  • Do Wudu (ablutions) before coming to the Mosque
  • Bring your own prayer mat and shoe bag
  • The Mosque will open 15 minutes before the congregational prayer and will close straight after prayer
  • No entry for children under the age of 12
  • No one with underlying health issues or COVID-like symptoms should come to the Mosque

Vaccinations

In line with our consultation with Islamic scholars and medical experts, we encourage all who are offered the vaccine to take it without delay.
